Data we process and purpose
The personal data you voluntarily provide through the website forms or our social media will be used to handle your request, advise you about groups, levels and schedules, manage your relationship with Spirit and answer your questions.
We do not use the information provided to create profiles or make automated decisions.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when voluntarily submitting a request and, where applicable, on taking pre-contractual steps at your request or performing your relationship with Spirit.
Marketing communications or subscription to a newsletter, if enabled, will require separate and specific consent.
Retention

If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. AEPD.
